Recipe: Easy Sundried Tomato Pasta Salad
1 pkg of Bowtie pasta cooked according to package.
1/2 container of riccotta cheese
1 jar (they only come in small size jars) of sundried tomato pesto, I believe classico makes it.
gratted parmesan cheese
Bottle of kraft sundried tomato salad dressing.
Mix pasta, Riccotta, and the jar of sundried tomato pesto together and then add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese pour a little of the salad dressing just to add moisture. I usually find that If i’m making this salad the night before a little drizzle of the dressing helps mositen it right before serving. Then refidgerate and serve!
