Product Review: Anti Snor Therapeutic Ring

On a scale of one to ten of snoring potential, my husband is probably around a five. He comes from a family of snorers who rate around nines and tens, so I’ve always been grateful that he wasn’t worse. But when you are ill, in pain, and having sleep issues, snoring around a level of five feels pretty significant. Over the years, we’ve tried many different approaches to helping him bring the snoring level down. Allergy medicines, chiropractic adjustments, weight loss, exercise, different sleeping positions, different types of pillows, keeping the room cool/warm, open windows, air cleaners. The only approach that has had a semi-decent positive result is me poking him to roll over. And ear plugs. Don’t forget the ear plugs. I couldn’t have managed to keep sharing a bed with him if it hadn’t been for a constant supply of foam ear plugs.

Recently, our pharmacist suggested that he try the Anti Snor Therapeutic Ring. The package says that it is a natural sleep aid for the relief of snoring, sinus issues, restless sleep, and insomnia sufferers. It has been designed to apply pressure to the meridian channels for therapeutic purpose. These points are connected via the meridian channels through the arm to the heart, nose and throat areas. The Anti Snor ring is to be worn on the small finger of the left hand with the two small pressure balls of the ring on the underside of the finger between the knuckle and the first joint. The ring comes in four sizes, but it is also adjustable. It is designed to prevent and reduce snoring, but it is by no means a cure of Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
The pharmacist said that he’d sold forty rings with a money back guarantee if customers weren’t happy with their results. Only one had come back. Skeptical, my husband bought one anyway and then, with a sheepish smile, put it on that night to give it a try. In truth, we didn’t hold much hope. I mean, a ring to stop snoring? Really? To our surprise, it worked! His snoring level dropped from a five down to a one, and some nights his sleep was so quiet, I woke up in the night thinking that he’d been called to work. We’ve been together for almost twenty-eight years and he’s never slept a night without snoring. With the ring on, one night he gave me an awful scare. I woke up, couldn’t hear him, reached over to see if he was there, which he was, and then my heart plummeted as that only left death as an explanation for his silence. Once I poked him soundly awake, poor man, we decided that this rings works and that my husband will always sleep with it on his little finger. He then fell fast asleep again and the silence continued. It was lovely and remains to be so. Now this is just our personal experience, but still, I highly recommend you giving this ring a try if snoring is an issue with your getting a good night’s sleep.
