Hi! I am a nurse and have myasthenia gravis, IH, fibromyalgia, and an undiagnosed autoimmune connective tissue disease. My mother had lupus and died of complications due to kidney and lung fibrosis.
Christine’s story is one that I have referred to and retold many times when people ask about my “hidden diagnosis” or for those who also suffer to give them a vehicle to explain how this disease affects their daily lives.
So sad I am going to miss seeing her in person and getting all the information related to this illness. I am in Pittsburgh and was wondering if Christine will be coming to this side of the state any time soon. Also, is there a way I can get the registration booklet and any information/tapes etc so I can still have the benefit of this symposium?
    Thanks so much, Barb

I have RA and Lupus. I am disabled and worked as an RN for almost 30 years. I would love to attend the symposium but that date is impossible for me. Will there be tapes, videos or literature available for those who can’t attend to obtain?

  • Hi Linda,

It will be great to meet you. Hope you can make it! Bring a friend! 🙂

    Love and Spoons,
    Christine

  • Thanks Linda! We’d love to have you. You can view info on the Living Well with Lupus Symposium on our website at http://www.lupustristate.org. If you email me you mailing address, I can send you the registration brochure and directions. The event is just outside of Philly, not far off the PA Turnpike! Thanks!

  • Hi Linda, This is Cate from the LFA, Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter. If you would like to contact the Chapter office at 215-517-5070, I would be happy to share more information about the Symposium. We are so thrilled to have Christine coming to present!

Look forward to hearing from you soon!

I would like more information about the symposium on October 1. I live in Syracuse, NY, and would consider driving to the Philly area to attend.
