Christine Miserandino Participates in Photo I.D. for Verizon Fios Channel 1

I recently participated in a program called Photo I.D. which is a 2-3 minute mini-biography using pictures and your voice only. This will be aired on Verizon Fios Channel 1 in New Jersey and Long Island. It was a fun experience. Here is the video!

  • I just stumbled upon this site and it really speaks to me and a lot of the content is so reflective of my life emotional state these days!

I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation and fibromyalgia in 2010.

I have heard of “spoon theory” before, but did not know where it originated.

Christine, your optimism is contagious! Thanks for brightening my day!

    *hugs*

    Christine–

What a great presentation! I loved it. You are so inspiring. I also love your blog, and every day I tell someone about it, or just explain the “BYDLS” mantra I go by now. Thanks so much.

    Best,

    Heidi

    Christine,

Once again, thank you for being an inspiration to us all, and for creating this wonderful website where others who have pain, diseases and difficulties can find a place of refuge.
You give us a voice to be heard, a place to be lifed up from our pain, somewhere to belong. A family that some of us do not have. A safe place to be encouraged, enabled, inspired, challenged and empowerd with hope for today and tomrrow.
Thank you for having the courage to create something wonderful from your tragedy. We all so need to believe again that life is not over because of what we have no control over, but we can still do something with what we have now.
