Recipe: Stef’s Easy Chicken Enchiladas


I make these a lot when I am not feeling well because they are so easy but they are like a comfort food! -Steph

Take chicken breasts and boil them until done then cut into small pieces or shred
Heat up a can of cream of chicken soup
In a baking dish place a small layer of soup then take a flour tortill and place some chicken in it and roll it up and place on top of soup mixture in bakin dish and repeat until you have as many tortillas as you want and then pour the remainder of the soup over them and bake in oven at 350* for about 15 minutes
Top with shredded cheese, lettuce , tomato, sour cream or whatever you like and enjoy.
