Product Review: Relax Water Therapy Tranquileyes System

For many of us, summer is a time for travel and vacations. I just got back from a vacation that included a 3.5 hour flight and I suffer daily from extremely dry eyes. Flying always seems to make my eyes, mouth and skin dry, but having Sjogren’s Syndrome makes it worse. I thought I was the only one with this problem, but soon realized I was not. I found many products from tranquileyes that can help soothe and relieve dry eyes.

I tried the relax water system, which is part of their spa line. It looks a little bit like water goggles that you would wear in a pool. I really enjoyed the reusable heat packs that tuck inside the goggles. This kit comes with the goggles, heat packs and 2.0 fl. oz. Relax Formula. The relax formula uses aromatherapy benefits of aloe and lavender. It smelled so pretty, but not overwhelming which was good. I got the blue ones, but they come in many different colors. At first I felt a little silly wearing them on a plane in front of everyone, but when I felt so much better I really didn’t care! They are super easy to use, just dampen the included moisture pads in hot or cold water, place into eye covers and put on the goggles.
Although I originally intended on using this product basically for my vacation travel, I soon realized that it helped me relax and get to sleep easier. It blocked out the light enough to help me take a nap mid-day. I also found it helped
while I was dealing with puffiness and redness on my eyes due to allergies. I can easily picture people adding this eye treatment to their daily regimen. Check out the other product lines they have available on the web; spa kits, dry eye specific and travel kits.
As usual, I really like to look for products that “give back.” This company donates a portion of all sales to the Sjogren’s syndrome foundation. They have also generously offered to give the butyoudontlooksick.com readers a
special coupon to receive 10% off. Just use the coupon code LUPA.
Tranquileyes are only available through doctor’s offices, high end spas or directly from their website: www.eyeeco.com The price is $59.00 USD
