For many of us, summer is a time for travel and vacations. I just got back from a vacation that included a 3.5 hour flight and I suffer daily from extremely dry eyes. Flying always seems to make my eyes, mouth and skin dry, but having Sjogren’s Syndrome makes it worse. I thought I was the only one with this problem, but soon realized I was not. They are super easy to use, just dampen the included moisture pads in hot or cold water, place into eye covers and put on the goggles.
Although I originally intended on using this product basically for my vacation travel, I soon realized that it helped me relax and get to sleep easier. It blocked out the light enough to help me take a nap mid-day. I also found it helped
