Product Review: Hylunia Skin Care

 

“No! No! No! Yesssss!” Unfortunately, I am not reviewing an “adult” toy (Hey Christine and Steph, can I do a product review of an “adult” toy for BYDLS?) I am talking about why I love Hylunia products. The line has no preservatives, no parabens and no lanolin, which makes it a big yes for me! All Hylunia products are also free of dyes, alcohol, fragrance, which makes the line an excellent choice for those Spoonies, like me with sensitive skin.

I was introduced to the Hylunia product line during a facial and was easily enamored with the way all of the products smelled. The line which is also organic and natural, has so many amazing products but my first exposure was during the facial was the Salicylic Facial Cleansing Gel –with Hyaluronic Acid. This is no ordinary cleansing gel…soothing and gentle yet effective. I had to take it home with me. After two weeks, of using it in the morning my skin was clearly improving and there was no harsh chemicals like Propylene Glycol, or lathering agents like Sodium Lauryl Sulfates involved. I was glowing and went back to the spa where I got my facial to “show off” the results. I continue to use Hylunia Salicylic Facial Cleansing Gel everyday and my skin has never looked better.
