Today’s Tip: An Apple A Day….

 

The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention recognize September as “5 a Day” Month to promote at least 5 servings of the daily diet include fruits and vegetables.  The good news for Spoonies is that  some fruits and veggies contain natural anti-inflammatories!  Stock up on those apples, apricots, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, spinach, kale, and butternut squash…all linked to good health for those with autoimmune disorders!
